Growth and making connections are Kelly Jo’s passion. She is an Artist of the Spirit certified coach and co-founder of KJs Connections. At a young age, Kelly Jo discovered that she had a gift of teaching and her tool kit evolved to include those skills used in life coaching. Above everything else, Kelly Jo believes in the value of deepening relationships. With 20 years of experience in mentorship, personal development, and supporting others in multiple environments Kelly Jo discovered she also has a unique way of connecting ideas, experiences, tools, and people with natural energies and how they influence each other.
In addition to being the co-owner of KJs Connections, Kelly Jo holds a position as a Library Assistant for the City of Boise Public Library where she facilitates a Creative Writing Program. She is also an Expressive Arts Instructor at the Catalyst Arts Collaborative in Boise, Idaho. Kelly Jo enjoys serving her community in this beautiful city of trees of the Pacific Northwest.

Vanessa Teal — Creative Project Manager
Vanessa Teal’s passion for communication led her to co-found KJs Connections with her mother, Kelly Jo. Vanessa manages the web content uploaded and created for KJs Connections’ thriving website. Using the communication skills learned from Westminster College, Vanessa aids her mother in KJs Connections’ mission to provide coaching and instruction for personal growth. Vanessa believes that the valuable connections within all of our lives can be found through the creation, growth, and sustainment of relationships with the self and family—communication is the key to these treasures.
